1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the badjle platform and all related services. By accessing the badjle.cam website, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users residing in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the badjle platform.

badjle reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time at its discretion. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered your acceptance of those changes.

2. Account Registration

Each user must create an account in order to use services on the badjle platform. The following rules apply to account registration:

• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being cancelled and balances forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

2.1 Account Verification

badjle may at any time request government-issued ID, bank statements, or other documents for identity verification. Deposits, withdrawals, or bonus benefits may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

A national ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence is generally accepted for identity verification. Documents must be clear and legible.

3. Age Verification and Eligibility

The badjle platform is for persons aged 21 or older only. Registration or use of the platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.

• Providing false age information at registration will result in permanent account cancellation.
• badjle may request proof-of-age documents at any time in cases of suspicion.
• If an underage account is identified, all deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply fully to all financial transactions on the badjle platform.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts.
• It is recommended to withdraw via the same method used for the deposit.
• badjle may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

badjle's bonuses and promotional offers are provided subject to specific conditions. Each bonus may have its own rules, but the general conditions are as follows.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Wagering requirement: 15 times (15x) the bonus amount.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳32,000 → ৳15,000 bonus (maximum) → total balance ৳47,000.
• The bonus can be claimed once only.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• If wagering conditions are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• It may not be possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be suspended and the bonus cancelled.
• badjle reserves the right to change, cancel, or withdraw any bonus at any time.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed for all betting and gaming activities on the badjle platform.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• The outcome of any bet is considered final and cannot be changed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error or system issue, badjle reserves the right to void that bet and refund the staked amount.
• Any fraudulent activity — collusion, automated software betting, or exploiting system errors — is strictly prohibited.
• badjle's games are operated with fair play ensured.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Betting is available on cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), football, and kabaddi.
• Odds in live betting may change in real time.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally voided and funds returned.

6.3 Casino Games

• The outcome of all casino games is determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG).
• The game provider's rules may apply.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

7. VIP Program

The badjle VIP program offers special benefits to regular and loyal players. The program is divided into five tiers.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on regular and active participation on the platform. Cashback is automatically added to your account each week. VIP members may receive special promotions and priority support benefits.

8. Responsible Gaming

badjle places the highest importance on responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

• Set your own deposit and betting limits.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

badjle reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Involvement in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Bonus abuse or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Use of an account by an underage person.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
